I plan on renting items out to be used on a beach. What I am looking for is a sample lease or renatl agr that I can see to get an idea of how it is worded. i want to offer 1/2 day renatl 24 hr rentals or 7 day rentals for the items. I am in north carolina. Thanks for the help
Given that your username seems to indicate that you are from Outerbanks, the best approach is to actually contact one of these beach item rental companies which abound in the area and rent from them. That way you can get a copy of the rental lease that they usually give out, and then adapt it.
I've been to Outerbanks several times and rented various items, though never kept these lease agreements after the vacation. Or you can befriend some of the vacationers in the area and request to take a look at their rental lease agreements |
