What(kind of)questions contains an interview for a job?

Ive recently done a whole string of interviews with such companies as Fidelity, CitiBank, Cardinal Health etc.

All the interviews went nearly the same, they started off by having a few minutes of normal questions with me, to get to know a little about you.
Questions that were in all:
"Why are you right for this job?"
"why do you want to work for this company"

You need to be able to work in your knowledge of the company, it's important you do your research!

The interviewer will then explain your possible role in ore detail and ask more questions after that, if you think you can handle it and why etc.

Be confident, sit upright, match the interviwers speech level, ie slang useage to a certain extent.

I know it sounds stupid but try to have fun, interviewers need to know you have the confidence to perform your job.
