Can someone tell me the salary (entry level) for each call center here in the pinas or for the major players in the Bizz? Unfortunately they're very hush, hush about salaries even to applicants... You have to spend anywhere from 6 up to 12 hrs!! sometimes during the application process once you've passed all the testing, interviews etc. then the offer is made and at most times is very low, thus wasting everyone's time!!! Also why does it have to be that way?
Industry average, for regular employees that is, is between Php15,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month. This is for an entry level agent.
