What exactly is a 2nd interview. I have been on one before but I do not remember what exactly went on or what questions were asked? I have a 2nd interview with a clinical Laborotory on Wednesday and want to be prepared for the 2nd interview. Insight and some tips would be great .Thankx!
The second interview is about how you fit into the organization. You may meet co-workers and other department personnel. Dress properly, think of questions about the work and the environment. Engage with the interviewer. Being outgoing and engaged is even more important on this interview. |
