Conflict of interest?

I work at a bank. My husband is helping me start a bookkeeping business on the side. Would it be considered conflict of interest at my job if I were to refer some bank clients to "his bookkeeping business"? It definitely won't be the main source for our client base, but I was wondering if it would be ok to refer some clients if they happen to tell me that they are in need of a bookkeeping service?

Conflict of interest? No, your husband is not a competing bank. Unethical? Yes, you shouldn't be soliciting personal business at your place of employment.
