Urgent! how should i write the thank-you note after the interview?


yesterday i had a tough interview..and after the interview they asked me about the reference..should i send a thank-you note by mail?

interviewer said:
their work is very fast pacing
their division is very small but have to serve over 1000 employers

it's a government job.

so what should i say in the thank-you note?

Thank you for you intrest in me, I feel that I am the right person for the job and I know you will make an informed decision. I look forward to hearing from you and it was a pleasure meeting you.

ps leave your letter short and sweet ... i used to work for gov and they never really like a speech
