Associates degree in human services, best job?

My sister just graduated with a AA in Human services. Not a big deal to some, but for her it was. She came from a 14 year abusive relationship, drug addicted alcoholic husband. She wants to get the best job / career she can with this degree. She graduated with honors, only one grade below an A. She also wants this job to be a "hands-on" type job, with limited paperwork, typing, etc. She likes being out in the field so to speak and working with people. She was an office assistant prior to her school days, so paperwork, answering phones and sitting in a cubical is not appealing. Any ideas?
