Are most HR administrators male or female? |
Are most HR administrators male or female? I would say more female than male. I work as an Administrator but not within an HR department. I don't think sex is important a male is just as capable of performing the role as good as a female.mostly female although there are a few males that make this a profession. good people and good skills are the things that are essential. I would like to believe there are more female HR administrators versus male. Definitely more female HR Admin's. I don't believe that this is a gender specific role, i think that it has more to do with personality and capability. A lot of people out there are empathetic and caring and have the ability to deal fairly and put a lot of considerations in to righting wrongs and amending problems. |
