You need to read "How to be a total fanny" by U R A Twat. It is full of useful advice on how to drive buses. Maybe you have had a sneaky peek already?
The question is really vague and general, I assume it means in the organization for which you are currently working. I would take it as how have politics influenced or changed your organization. Maybe they are referring to if personal politics have ever interfered with work, whether these are yours or your bosses. just some thoughts.
