Who hates their job and why? |
What would it take for you to leave your job? I do. It's boring and the customers have attitude problems or they're scamming. Money. me, b/c i have an inefficient and moody boss who leads based on her whim. there is no consistency at all. i would leave for another job.. but not until i have something else. I do,my co workers are immature morons .I have to stand on my feet for most of the time and my health is not that good.My coworkers(especially one)are lazy . I am looking for another job but it's not easy. I get bored at my job I work all alone everyday.I do get to play on the net, watch t.vand dvds listen to music and read but even that gets borning after 4 years.I have two office cats that keep me company.. Because the president of the company is a critical, harsh, vampire- he sucks your energy and motivation, and leaves you out to dry. I'd leave in a heartbeat - waiting for the right job to come my way, and am building a nest egg while I'm looking. I am trying to leave my job, I already have a second interview scheduled at a bigger law firm. Right now, I work in a sole practioner's office, and he expects me to do it all. And not get paid what I deserve. So, I'm looking for a way out, and I (fingers crossed) hope this second interview will seal the deal! I used to hate my job. Hated the people, the values of the company, the commute, everything. So, I left. Couldn't find a job that paid enough. So, I made a job. Started a one-man business in my home. Now, I love my job. Love the people, the company, the commute, everything. AND, I get paid more. Part of why I love this country. |
