there are many temp agencies in NY city, depends what you can do, they give you typing test, computer test and some other tests. Some can give you job same day if you pass the test. Your question was "ANY GOOD NYC TEMP AGENCIES" It depends on the Interviewer you get assigned to. Some think they are movie star, some act like they own the Agency, some think they are in position of power and can ask you many personal question which is not their business, but they are not afraid to intimidate the applicants. If you are able to pass the test, there will be some company who will want to hire someone like you with 4 years experience.
295 madison ave has about 5 temp services I believe The Source which is on the 14th floor has Admin type jobs but the agancies are throughout the building. Quickest way there take the F to 5th ave Bryant Park walk to 6th and up 3 blocks to Madison
