Interview with Kaiser Permanente? |
I'd like to know more about the hiring process at Kaiser. Does anyone have experience with them? From what I've seen it seems that their Recruiters are on top of things. Once you have an interview with them, what happens next? How quickly do they make decisions? Please share your experience. Thanks. My mother in law has worked for kaiser for 30+ years. Right now she is working 40 plus hrs a week. As far as a decision goes it takes up to a week. Good Luck I was hired about 8 months ago for a union position. We sat down with the manager and three other team members and they read questions from a script. They each took a turn reading a question. It took one day for the job offer but three weeks till I got a hire date and started "N.E.O." New employee orientation. I think the whole process took a month total. Glad I am here, and good luck to you! Most of the managers do a behavioral interview, so they will be looking for a lot of examples with past/present experiences. 3-4 for weeks is about the average I would say. They take 1-2 weeks to interview and then it takes another couple of weeks to get all the background information back. All new employees start on Mondays for the N.E.O. Good Luck! :o) Don't forget to mention that you really, really like drugs, which is why you applied to them. J/k |
