What do you prefer: Office Work or Retail or Neither? and Why?

I just like to know what do you prefer and why!

I much prefer office work. Dealing with the public is a nightmare. People are beyond obnoxious. I would rather clean toilets for a living than work in retail ever again.
whichever you choose, office work or retail, from the start (after high school) is usually what employers will let you remain in. Future jobs depend on your experience, so if you have experience at retail then they will steer you toward retail jobs. Either way, and these days, both office work and retail are detaling with the public. So if you don't work well with the public then you have to find some kind of behind-the-scenes job. I have been in office work all my life, never having been given the chance to do retail.
Office work because I do not have to be on my foot and see customers face to face. I perfer to do everything by phone or email.
Well Ive worked both... Office work is very boring almost makes u wanna go to sleep but it pays more... but retail is fun and pays less... Right now I work a office job... So in this case money matters
I prefer office work. I've been doing it for years. I make pretty good money and dont have to deal with all the people like working in retail. Also, I get to do things like what I am doing now! LOL
srw
