How much does a person working in this position make? |
How much does an Assistant Director of Finance make an hour, or a week? let's say the person working there just has the basic requirements for example: high school diploma microsoft office and excel knowledge previous work experiance (1-2 years) A basic Accounting certificate. and they've been working at this job for about 1 1/2 years. and it's a company that makes 1-2.5million a year Not much It depends greatly on whether you are in a metropolitan city or a smaller one. Check out similar listings (same experience level). You can also plug in all this information at salary.com and get an estimation. Just remember, every company differs and base their pay rates on bands or titles. For example, even though I am really a marketing person who does all of the required things that a marketing assistant would do....my company calls it an admin for purposes of pay bands. It ticks me off a little...but, at the same time, they hired me in higher than the title they stuck me with due to my negotiation. (I pointed out the similarities) This sounds like someone who was given a title in lieu of income. Hired with the quals above would be a bookkeeper or secretary. Maybe an executive assistant possibly an account manager. Depends where the job is located. New York, D.C., L.A. probably $25-30K, Oklahoma or Idaho probably $15-20K. if the requirement is high school diploma, then i do not think it would me more than $ 55,000 per year. per hour 15-25 |
