How do you deal with a boss and her minion who want what they want when they want it regardless of the rules applied to the rest of the world? It is my fault when I can't control the "no." QUIT to that job ASAP. before it's too late, you might be hook to their wrong doings, and suffer because of them. Can you afford to see yourself in jail or worst in a tomb. look for another job, or put up a business of your own, and be theboss. unless they have a boss you can talk to then if the situation is not tolerable you find a new job. If you are in the Federal Government, go directly to the Office of Special/General Council DO NOT go through the chain of command and have all your documentation accurate. If you are in the private industry I agree look for another job. Speak to someone higher up than her, even if you have to go to the owner. Some people are not meant for management and abuse the position. If you don't speak up to someone things will never change! Do what I did- fire the boss and go into business for yourself. Or start updating your resume, apply for another job with another company and quit when you find something better. |
