I am unloved and underestimated at work :( ....? |
I am not very loved at work... I eel that the other girls don't love me... first, I'm new, i've been working with them or three months and hey play the "know it all" and hey all wanna act as if they were my mnagers just because they have more exprience.. they're constantly looking after what I've done to make sure I haven't made mistaks (as if was dumb) . If I make a mistak they complain "why didn't you ask since you don't know" and if I ask they get annoyed and coplain that I ask too many questions worse, one customer admitted he had a crush on me, and my co worker told everyone an told them who he is and everybody refuses to tell me who he is... they laugh and joke about it and I still don't know who he is and I also try to be nice with customers... this girl said that I was flirting with some customer (who is about my father's age) and when I stood up to defend myself she was like "it's a joke" why do they under estimate me and dislike me? what do I do ? :( Honestly, it sounds like you are being over-sensative. It's nice to be able to be friends with your co-workers but remember, you're there to do a job and make money, that's what matters. If you want to fit in better try having more of a sense of humor with them. Good luck! tell them all to go f themselves......oh and also make best friends with the boss so that way you will be able to do whatever you want and they will be jealous! wow i dont know you but here are my thoughts ..... you are good in some way and they want to bring you down ..... you are egotistical and not smart so ask silly questions you could look up in manual ... you should change your job after talking to senior supervisor Here is the important thing, you go to work to make money, not friends. Do your job the best you know how and go home to your friends and family who love and adore you. Life yup its a combination of things mostly its your bad stupid coworkers being their stupid selves, and proving it, and trying to pass the time, and trying to make you feel insecure so you leave so their jobs are more secure they dislike you because you are kind and real and smart and trying to actually do a good job. just collect your check, ignore them, then go to college and/or get a better job experience, too much of it |
