I have 2 very young children and want to be able to stay at home with them. But I desperately need some legitimate income. It stands for 'work at home moms'. There's a forum list there where you can ask other women about companies that they work for. Several of the companies have their own, separate forum. They can also let you know if a certain website or business is a scam. Some do phone work, some work for New England Crafters (www.magicalgift.com) others do transcription, etc., etc. Invent your own business, or skip the idea altogether. All of the "work at home" opportunities you get from other people (ALL OF THEM) exist soley to help other people make money of of you! NEVER enter a "work at home" business that requires YOU to pay THEM a "fee" or "handling charges". LOL! Would you take a job with a "land-based" company that wanted you to pay them? Of course not! Why do so many people lose their common sense on the internet? this is going to be hard work. try to get a list of business in the area. submit a resume that you can work from home. you will be surprise.
