Work for the University?

I just graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and am strongly considering applying for a job with the University as a Regional Admissions Counselor (recruiter). The job has a starting salary (I'm told) of around 30K/year. I'm interested to know if this seems like a good way to start my professional career or if I should continue my never-ending job search? Thanks.

its agreat oppurtunity. i used to work for my college out of schoo. it gave me great references, job experience and a discount completing my masters.
I work at a University. Defiantly apply for the position. They usually pay well and have good benefits. Depending on the size of the University you may also find other positions internally. Great opportunity - go for it!
i think applying for a job at the university will open a lot of doors for u, in addition u can still search now and then the newspapers and u might just find a job which u have been looking for.

best of luck!
