What's an Assistant Recruiter?

One who takes the responsibility/accountability to recruit but the power is in hands of His/Her Boss for giving final Go Ahead Signal.
I think it's a person who contacts registered nurses to determine interest in employment opportunities.



Answer busy, front desk phones in a friendly, professional manner.

Extensive telephone and direct interaction with our customers, Volt field and in-house employees.

Process employee payroll through on-line and manual systems.

Assist new applicants through our application, evaluation and orientation processes.

Maintain an orderly appearance of the reception area.

Order supplies and perform various general clerical duties.

Screen and Schedule candidates for appointments.

Assist the Recruiters with Data Entry, Employee Relations.

Maintain candidate files.

Work closely with outside sales rep on promotional items and mass mailings

Cleaning deposits are the fees apartments charge so that they can professionally clean the apartment when you move out. They are mandatory fees, non-refundable and every landlord charges them.
It's a crap job. You review resumes and make calls. They probably have an account with hotjobs or monsters and you spend a good time of your day going through these websites looking for good candidates. You will probably have to set up the appointments and ask questions to the people who may come in for interviews. But you ain't included in the interview process because your only an assistant. Think of it this way. You are the shoe shiner.
An Assistant Recruiter is a person who looks for people for an job opening, post the jobs (in some cases) schedule the interview and send out the offer letter.
