Pls help! what type of rounds will be there in the interview for a back office firm? |
How many rounds would be there, can u pls help me how I can perform well in Aptitude tests, which books should I refer, IS there Anything else I have to learn before I attend the Interview on Monday The company is a Multinational bank,I am from Bangalore India,Done my Degree through correspondence (B.C.A.) There will be a typing test to check WPM: words per minutes and more importantly the accuracy percentage. For aptitude you can refer to RS Agarwal or any other good aptitude book.Apart from this there will be a general interview round asking about you, shift timing etc., good luck for your job. Source(s): prajitha_kiran@yahoo.co.in Well most probably there will be the aptitude test followed by the group discussion and finally the personal interview. For the aptitude test try and attempt the questions with a logical approach. The group discussion is very simple actually; here usually they check your fluency in the language and not your knowledge of the topic. In the final round, you could expect questions like: Describe yourself, where do you see yourself at the age of 40 etc. (don鈥檛 answer this in such a way that the interviewer gets the impression that you are after his place!!). So, it鈥檚 very simple actually. Go prepared if possible do a background research on the company before you head for the interview as this will put you in a better position to answer to questions related to the company. All the best!! Hope you get the job. |
