Tell me an experience ,what made u like or dislike ur job? |
plz help me with details.what , how ,who involved? I worked nights and never seen my boss that much but when i did it was always He-- a woman and she made you feel like you were just the dumbest person around she would also sneak in late at night just to check and see if you were doing your job I would be the only one there of course because the job only required 1 person funny i have not found a job since i lefted the company 1 year ago she also called me at home when i had to take a leave with my son who was hurt and had surgery harssed me everyday asking me where his dad was and why he could not take care of him that was it for me umm well lets see i work at a hotel and when i work the front desk i dont get a break and when i work housekeeping i get and hour taken out off my check for everyday is that even fair i never get to take the break b/c they get made but take the hour out anyways is that wrong I grew a dislike for a previous job I took as salesman because even though it involved technical knowledge (which I had) it also involved a set of skills in marketing and sales that I was unprepared to deliver and that frustated me to the point I was let go from the company because I did not meet the performance expectations. The best advice I can give soeone is to not take a job just for the money but take it beacause you like what you're going to be doing because to perform greatly at a job you must be passionate about it. It's all about the people you work with and how you deal with the ones you don't like and the same with customers. Lost of ppl don't like there jobs but we still have to do it to put food on the table. Its all you your attitude about work nothing is ever going to be perfect. but if you have time to look for a job you like good for you . things change over the years and you have to deal with it . If you quit your job always have a job lined up so you can pay your bills. work is work if it sucks try not to take it home with you take a deep breath and let go and if you find a better great but they all have there problems. for me The people you work for make a big difference. some of us have life handed to us and some of us have to work for every thing but us who have to work for it seem to appreciate what we earn and who we spend it on more then them who do nothing and get every thing any way. Boss who is not credible. You have to almost threaten him for a raise. Has no spine at all and lets people cuss him up one side and down the other and then gives them a raise and begs them to stay, while good people sit there and watch it all and get nothing. A lying, cowardly, self important idiot. If he says its raining you better go see for yourself. |
