Best way to answer in an interview: "Whats your greatest weakness?"?

Best way to answer in an interview: "Whats your greatest weakness?"?

Point out one you have corrected from learning from your mistakes. For example, mine was always "I used to be a perfectionist, until I learned that all I was doing was focusing too much on unimportant details. Now, I just pay attention to the details and do the best possible without wasting additional time."
not knowing when to give up

be honest with yourself your answers and with your future employer. You should also probably use work related weaknesses you know everyone has atleast one no one is perfect. For example mine would be finding the initiative and not have enouph motivation a lot of the time but don't be to bluntly honest to make them think you are a slacker or totally lazy. Also point out your good points your positives! Good Luck!
Sometimes I get so focused in completing the task in front of me that I become distant from my loved ones.
Be honest if it was me I tell the person that my weakness I see as my strength and that would be I care too much I worry.
I would turn a weakness into a positive. Never give them your weakness. A good one you can say is that you are a work-o-holic. This is a perfect answer because it's a weakness that is a positive.. Or you can say, I am a perfectionist.
