What is FMS training?

Architectural by chance?
I'm familiar with FMS or FM:Space. It's form of database and is used in "tenant services" to give information to clients about the categorized square footages of the building in order for client to calculate rental/lease fees for the spaces in their building. I don't know if it is the same thing that you're talking about though. I used this about um...7 years ago at an architectural firm I used to work for.
In a bank, it's dealing with the general ledger accounts. FMS is the Financial Management Services.
In the service/field industry it means: Field Management System
