When someone tells you to "block there name" when formatting a letter?


What does he/she mean?

Are you an admin. assistant? You do know that it should be 'their' and not 'there', right?
Block style refers to all lines beginning at the left margin, with no indentations (except quotations which are indented .5" on the left & right").
BLOCK THEIR NAME

They probably want their named typed in ALL CAPS
