Not at all common, why should they, you're the one who had them, you support them!!
Not very common at all.

But it should be.

Fight for it.
it reallly doesnt happen!
if you get working tax credit then you should be entitled to a percentage of your childcare fees but its up to the inland revenue not your employer, and it depends on your income.
Very rare, what a nice perk!
