I want to make an effective attendance list for my office because the staffs are tend to avoid it, though it is only to fill out the time in and the time out and put their signature. Would someone help me??
Make yourself the focal point to mark attendence of your staff...if they are avoiding it....and at the end of the month, just get their signatures. You can create an attendance sheet in Excel. Put the names of the staff on the left most column and mark their attendance in front of their names...and keep the last column reserved for their signature...If they all are willing to submit their attendance sheet, this process can be further enhanced by making individual's attendance sheets which they have to submit at the end of the month. The way to 'sell' it too them is to remind them that it's required for fire H&S law, so they know everyone is out the building - then start naming & shaming those not signing. Alternatively, dont pay them for the days they don't sign in - they will soon start signing it :o)
