First of all see your academic qualification and see whether the profile matches with your background. Then see whether the job will be of interest to you. Most of the BPO jobs in call centres need excellent communication skill and pleasing manners. Clarity of purpose is another important competency. Jobs in back office for banks and financial institutions need analytical and computational skills, documentation, data retrieval and process handling speed with accuracy.
