What kind of questions are asked in a group interview for bank of america? |
well i want to know the kind of questions asked in the group interview..for a teller job or any other job in the bank. They are going to ask about your background. Do you have any customer service experience? They will ask several questions like....If you have a customer who is causing a disturbance in line what would you do? Or, If your customer wants you to do something against company policy, what do you do?....If your customer becomes frustrated and angry, what do you do? Just make sure that your answers are customer service friendly and you'll do fine. Usually, they would be getting you together to ask how you think they could make the banking experience better for customers. Bank of America especially pays thousands of dollars a year to secret shoppers because customer satisfaction is so important to them. Hope this helps. One of the questions will be how do you handle stress? Another question is why do you want to work for Bank of America? They as really general questions and the same one to ever person in the group. I was asked for example, what did you like about your last job and why did you leave. What would your former employer say to describe you. There are a lot of Team Building Activites and you get an overview of the company. They also have pairs do skits about how to sell products because you have to have some sales skills to advise customers on checking, savings, credit cards, etc. Creativity is a must in this one!
