last job was 23.00 per hours company laid off having hard time. I submit my resume i get the call for interview but they only want to pay 11.00 an hour max is $13.50. 11 years customer service experience.

What did you do in customer service?? $23 an hour????!!! That's really something to me. That's the truth of the world of work. If you leave a job that paid you a good salary you're more than likely going to take a pay cut. Nobody cares about your experience unfortunately. I have over a decade of experience too but in my line of work that accounts for nothing.
