How much do Front Desk Receptionists make at Holiday Inns?

3rd shift, How much should I ask for?

NW Ohio if this helps, Population around 30K

You should check what the pay range is for that particular position (ie through their HR dept) and then give them a range based on that amount. The 3rd shift (which I'm assuming to mean the "graveyard" or Midnight-8 am type shift) may be slightly higher due to a shift premium and a few extra responsibilities (ie night auditing), so you should take that into account.
I'm not sure, but what I always put down when I don't know is "starting pay." That way they know I'm not trying to come in there and ask for a million dollars an hour.
I always put "Negotiable". Then when you have an interview, and they ask you what do you expect an hour, then you say, "What figure did you have in mind". Never give them an amount, because if you have no idea, then you could low ball yourself. Good Luck!
