Conflicts with lecherous boss?

My boss have been hostile and make things difficult for me at work after I did not reciprocate to his feelings. What should I do? He's holding a high position in the company. There is no way I can get back at him. I like my job and wanna continue to work here.

1/Join the Union and let them handle it.
2/ Make a complaint of sexual harassment to your HR department.
Find out if he has made advances to other girls who will agree with you with in either of the above choices, chances are that he has.
or
3/ Find another job.
consult a lawyer.
I would check with an attorney and if necessary contact some of the agencies fighting against sexual harrassment. If he made advances on you in the work place or as a way to keep your job he can get in very serious trouble.
Document everything!!! If he asked you out, write it down (Date/Time/word for word what happened). Contact your HR department and let them know what's going on. After you contact HR have a talk with him. Let him know how you feel. Hopefully, he will change immediately. I know it's hard to talk about it, but you should give him the chance to correct his behavior. Remember - write everything down. You may need it later.....
1) Contact a lawyer and write everything down that happened.

2) In the meantime, smile at him and be extra nice. You don't have to sleep with him. Every time you look at him, picture your paycheck. He may be embarassed that he tried and failed with you. Be nice to him and see if you can be the one to help it blow over.
Get a lawyer. Get alone at work with him and then rip your shirt and mess up your hair, smear your make up and run out of the room with your pants half buttoned........running into an area that has other co workers. That should straighten up his happy little horny ***.
Unless you're a great butt kisser - and it doesn't look like you are - you're going to have to get your resume out and find another position before he finds a reason to fire you.
