I am actively searching for a job in portland, or vancouver. i have a felony on my record, that i cant get past in a interview. if anyone knows of a place that is more of a office environment please let me know. i have a little boy and i need a job to suport him. thanks for your answers.
well sorry I don't know about a office environment, but I know that Protech, and beall transliner up there will. that was for there welders though. I would like to think that the people in P-town would be better about that but the times are changing, especially with all those Californians moving in. no offense if you are.
Don't try at any Canadian government jobs, they do criminal record checks; many offices will also do that.
Try factories first to get a work history going. Employment agencies are the best place to start.
