Can someone give me a good objective for my resume? |
It will be for a secretarial post at a public golf course. Thanks! Dont use an objective in your resume. That style is outdated. Place it in the cover letter, around the second or third paragraph. Instead, include a summary of qualifications at the top of your resume in a bulleted format. For Example: Seven year progressive inside sales experience including internet, business to business and general management "To utilize my skills and advance my knowledge base while satisfying all aspects of my job position". To utilize my skills in organization, communication, interpersonal relations and computer in a fast-paced environment leave the objective out. Work places are looking for a dynamic individual, not someone who is telling them what they are willing to do or looking to accomplish. Start with your education, and work your way down to work experience. Use what you would have used in your objective and incorporate it in your work experience bullet points. I make resumes at work. You can email me at resume.help50@yahoo.com and i'll email you a sample. objective: to obtain a position utilizing my skills in the administrative field. |
