how long did it take to get a reply?

Was it a letter or phone?

Please reply even if you didnt get it.

I received a phone call two hours after my interview to confirm I had got the job, but I've worked there for 9 years now and I think it takes a bit longer as it has to be approved by HR, you should receive a phone call not a letter within a week.
A friend went for interview few months ago and got letter following week telling her she was unsuccessful - seemingly they do a credit check before deciding.
