Scope in India,in retail for a store manager without qualifications.?Plz help.?


My BF is a store manager in a retail firm. Are there any courses or any way which can help him get perks ?The only constrain is that he is from an hindi medium background. All the courses are in english and require written exams in english. Plz help We are in a great dillema. Thank u.

There are programs to become a certified purchasing agent, or to learn to be a trainer. Regional training could be a way to move to something new with more prospects.
