Is it possible for a guy like me to work at Victoria Secret in the management section.?

Maybe they have a section for perverts? Ask at your interview.
If you are professional about it then yes. If you are gawking at the customers, then they probably won't because no lady (gorgeous or fat) should feel self-conscious about shopping there.
You know, I am all for you however, it may bother "some" lady customers....I can hear them now...."I don't want some guy helping me with me undergarments". Unless you mean that you will not have any contact with the female customers, then go for it. I know you would understand but they might not. I know some girls who would not shop there if there was a guy working there. They would feel uncomfortable. Anyway, good luck. Maybe you should consider the manufacturer instead...
