Well im 19 and i need to find a sit down job cuz of my knee's? |
well i hurt my knees at a previous job and havnt been able to do any type of job i have gotten limited and its gets hard for me to find one if anyone nows of a place hiring for desk jobs please let me now i am a hard worker and i rather have a job where i am buzzy i dont like to get paid to seat on my behind all day and do nothin, anything will help please and thank u Christina You could try something as a receptionist or maybe a medical transcriptionist at a hospital or doctors office. Try a call center. You need to see a doctor because sitting all day isn't good for your legs either. Take care of that now, whats going to happen in 10 years? GO BACK TO SCHOOL and select the right career studies. Think of the next 20 years not tomorrow. i would think that you could find a number of jobs at offices in desks. try looking at your staffing agencies. i would not tell them the reason why you are looking . just you want to make a career change from retail environment / whatever the reason is , just leave out the knees. contact some temporary staffing agencies and try some different offices out to see what you might be interested in. they place immediately. you can start looking for full time jobs and then narrow down your choices. i'd look for a company that offers tuition reimbursement and obviously health benefits so you can get your knees fixed up . if you can afford to go to school and work temp assignments then that is the best course for you . to get it out of the way fast. the poster that told you to go back to school was exactly right. think about your long term career plan. find something and get started right away ... don't wait. beware of anyone that posts from nigeria. this is a major scam country. romancescams.com these people start out talking to people for any reasons and will end up asking you for money / anything else they think they can get. lots of professional people have been taken advantage of financially. |
