When you are dealing with an urgent issue at work that must take priority over everything else.
When your boss/supervisor is standing in front of you lecturing you on the rule "No personal calls during paid hours".
When I'm doing about 4 other things. Of course that's when people are most likely to call.
The worst time to get a phone call while at work is anytime!
When you're at your most busy or when your boss is around.
When you are on a phone call already and another call comes in.
