What Course shall i DO.. in managerment or procurement??Funding by my employer?

My employer has agree to fund me for a course of my choice,
I can't find any good management courses, I want a short course which will help in my current role as a purchasing manager..?

I have look into CIPs, but I would much rather do a course to expand my management skill since this is my first management role.

In addition I am being made redundant in March 2008, therefore will like to add as much skill and qualification to my CV.
Anyone got any good suggestions..?

Than k you in advance..(**,)

have you thought of doing one on the managers health and safety, most of the big companies want that now
procurement / supply chain / reducing costs / are all big things and will stay big. there are tons of useless managers. it's a good skill to have but the procurement will mean more job security.
try looking up with univesities near u.. they have lots of courses offered and u can choose from there
