I hate them already!!!? |
I swear! I know we all have problems at work, but this people go over every limit!!! My co workers and I, always say: how came that we go to work in a good mud in the mornings and the owners bad karma makes us feel miserable??? He has not manners at all; this family (owners) has too much money and little education! They have a business for over 17 years and they still don鈥檛 know how to treat people with respect! I hate them... I want another job! Please!!! Admin, clerical, executive assistant and payroll in Miami Fl. Please help! Now, Now, Now...we ALL have days when we feel that we are working for Baron and Baroness Frankenstein. However, we have to be aware of the facts: 1. You go to work to get paid, not to make friends. Friends are nice, but the check will help you pay the bills. Your on the job friends WILL NOT! 2. Are you being manipulated by coworkers because you DO have a lot on the ball? See, you don't know what your coworkers have been telling the 'front office' about Y-O-U. IF they get you out or force you to quit, they will be dividing up your office and your salary and having a GOOD laugh! 3. Did you go in with your expectations set too high? If you knew that these people were 'shady' and went in to try to 'reform' them, you should have gone into social work. Please...take a deep breath; don't wear your emotions on your sleeve, and remember...sometimes, we go into lousy situations to change ourselves...not the people around us. I worked for some REALLY crummy places during my various careers. I have personally seen co workers become bosses and do the things to their subordinates that they 'swore' that they would never do because 'they aren't into the power trip'. I have seen good employees let go, and bad employees promoted. Bottom line? If you have done a good job, for a good wage, and can sleep at night...you are OK. If you don't like your situation, find another job, put in your two week notice, and go. It's your call. That is the best solid advice I have ever seen on YA. Chill out. Or quit. You don't really HAVE to take it. If you hate where you work, update your resume and look for another job that you do like. Just dont quit till you have another job. |
