I don't work outside, but in walking to and from work I need to use sunscrean to stop getting burned.
Recent court decisions have reversed the long held view by the tax office that you cannot claim the costs of protection from the sun. This decision means that a deduction is now available for outdoor workers who buy sunscreen lotion, sunglasses and hats for use at work. The claim must be substantiated and adjusted for private use. Special rules apply for the 2002 tax return and prior years.

Your office can claim it as a tax deduction.
