Australian tax laws??? (group certificate)? |
My boss has not sent or done my group certificate yet, I think the law says you have to complete and send the group cert to your employees before end of July. Where can I find out more in specifics on the web. I tried ATO but could find the page about G.. C.. What can I do about this? Employees are meant to produce their group certs. by the 14th of August for the ATO. You might be having trouble with the ato website because group certificates are called payment summaries now. Type payment summary into the search and it should come up on the second page of the search with some info, you want individual-non-business. There should be everything you or your employer needs. There isn't much you can do besides reminding your employer, alternatively, ring the tax office on 13 28 66 (within Australia) www.ato.gov.au or 13 28 66 |
