Point test-immigration to australia?


For immigration to Australia for indepandent applicant, passmark shown is 120 on www.immi.gov.au web site.
While my agents said that I can qualify if I have 75 points or more. How is that possibel? Can some clear this confusion?

I personally know the threshold is 120 points (I earned 120 !) It is most certainly not 75 and I think your agent owes you an explanation as to why he thinks it is.
