Canadians, of age 18+, give 2% of their gross annual income to a fund devoted to reduce impact on environment?

Should all Canadians, upon reaching the age of 18, be forced to give 2% of their gross annual income to a fund devoted strictly to reducing our impact on the environment?

The government already spends money on the environment. Why would we need another tax to be mismanaged by the Ministry of Finance, or RCA?
No. Absolutely not.

If you want to save the world... use your own money. Don't use the power of government to steal from people who work to promote an agenda that you can't otherwise finance.
