I got a letter today say I won the lottoery with a checkin it but I dont think it is legal .POLONETO LOTTO? I got a check in the mail today also. mine was for 1,996.00 from Poloneto Sweepstakes how much was yours for and ddi you find out if it was genuine or not oleas elet me know, if this **** is fake i'm going to be pissed, but i do remember entering a sweepstakes when i was doing some paid surveys so maybe it for real It is garbage, foreign lotteries are a huge scam..... Go to google and put in the name and see what pops up... DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR BNK #! Tell them to send it to you by Currier...Have them deliver it to you at the nearest police station.... rip it up and toss it out I get them all the time. It is scam. Or check it out on the web. It will tell you if it good or not. Or take to cop shop. i get check like that all the time. if i add them all up. Iwould got pay over $45,000.00 dollar. and that not incluiding the winning i won. So don't be fool !!!!!!!!!!!! James A "lotto" is when someone sells chances to win a percentage of the total pot collected. The money collected minus the winnings paid out cover the cost to run the lotto with some left over to pay for whatever cause the lotto was set-up to finance. That is the definition of a lotto. So, think about it for a minute, if you didn't enter the lotto....if you didn't PAY for a lotto ticket, how on earth could you possibly WIN the lotto? Wouldn't all the other participants be pissed off that someone who didn't buy a ticket won all their hard-earned money? Or, do you think this is a "magical" lotto where someone or some group decided they had too much money, so instead of giving it so some worthy charity, they decided to randomly collect names of people and pick a lucky winner and hand them all their dough? Does this sound REMOTELY likely? Bottom line is this, no one wants to give their hard-earned money away...NO ONE! Sure, there are donations to charities, but the recipient is a worthy cause, not some name from the phone book. And third world countries with thousands....nay millions of starving citizens would never give away money to a foreigner. Don't be duped. Swallow hard, realize you are no richer or no poorer for receiving the letter, and throw it away before you do become poorer. Look on the back of the check where you sign. Tilt it, and notice the "Void" printed there. |
