What is Vanguard Financial Corp ?

I recieved a call from *Amber S. from this company and said that she could help me with a personal loan but after recieveing the email I see that I'm asked to pay for insurance! Is this weird or what.

You are getting set up for a scam.

Vanguard is the name of a very old and reputable financial services company. They mostly deal in no commission mutual funds. Sounds like someone is stealing their name.

Do not do business with anyone that just calls you on the phone. Phone solicitors lie and cheat and steal.

Lesson learned nothing ventured and nothing lost.

Do not sign those papers.
