Why is that most managerial types take a while to answer or have a slower response time? |
i see that many managerial types that work from gocery markets to large coporations usually have some delayed response time. They take some time to respond or have a paused or elongated answer. Why does this happen? Is that what makes them attractive managers? They take time to process information before coming up with something. Could be many reasons, including: (i) they are too busy to answer the question immediately or (ii) they consider the question and/or the person who is asking to be low priority compared to other tasks or (iii) they don't know the answer, and have to ask their own supervisor, or consult with their company's human resources, legal and/or accounting department, or look up a written company policy.. or (iv) they just don't care, and would rather be playing golf |
