so here is the deal they messed up on a phone number change back in dec and i have been paying for my DSL all along and all of a sudden this month they did not charge me so I called to see why. and was told the order for the change was put in as a move. and it was their mistake and they refused to hook me back up. Even though it was their mistake. and they said they would fix it but they did not . I over the last two weeks have been on the phone over 20hrs. Trying to get it corrected , over this time I was lied to out right . and they tried to tell me that I would not be hooked back up until either the 5, 3, 1 of May . and supposely it was over rode by a supervisor. they said they sent me a e-mail on the 30 of march and got no response and I honestly did not get a e-mail. they never did any kind of follow up with a phone call or a letter or even another e-mail. It took them a week to even give me credit for the bill I had already paid. so today I cancelled the service .
I've had horrible experiences with Verizon's customer service department. I switched to T-Mobile recently because of this. I do not recommend Verizon to anyone - period. They are going to blow it someday by continuously treating their customers like crap. |
