Where can i find relevant information on American companies outsourcing their labor abroad?

I have googled and checked international magazine sources. I cant find any recent information. Please help

IT is one of the industries most affected by outsourcing. Computerworld has articles about it all the time. Click this link:
http://www.computerworld.com/
then on the left side of their home page, click Careers then Outsourcing.
I know home depot has outsourced all its telephone enquiries, flipping nightmare trying to get some one to speak reasonable English and actually know what you are talking about, after 2 hours on the phone to some guy in delhi FINALLY got put thru to the local down the road store.

Vonage also has its first level of trouble shooting based in Brazil but anything other than that level, you are dealing with some one in the USA.

Sorry have no other links for you just personal experience.

Regards
