I am a Blockbuster store manager. The answer to your question depends on whether you are renting at a corporate or franchise location. All corporate stores still participate in No Late Fees. (However, certain restocking fees apply if the item is returned 8 days late or more). Franchises can choose whether or not to charge late fees and how much. The only way for you to find out is ask your local store if they charge late fees or not. However, all Blockbusters do offer the Movie Pass for a monthly fee in which the customer is never charged a late fee or rental fee.
